Ad of the Day: Awkward Uber campaign shows that you can also book trains
Did you know you can book journeys through National Rail, National Express and Megabus all from the app?
Two new spots from Uber come in response to a large majority of the UK not knowing that you can book trains on its app.
‘Trains, now on Uber’ is the work of creative agency Mother and the campaign leans into unique behaviors synonymous with using its app, like the embarrassing wave to the driver or the way you confirm you’re getting into the right car.
To coincide with the TV ad, Uber has also targeted audiences at key points of their travels with outdoor and station takeovers.
Last month, the app released an ad where Robert De Niro and Asa Butterfield form an unlikely bond.
